Father’s Day Barbecue Shop Class with Traeger Grills

Otium and Traeger will be hosting a Father’s Day Barbecue Shop Class! 
Award-winning Chef Timothy Hollingsworth will lead the class with step-by-step demos on the ins and outs of barbecue. Guests will begin their day with snacks on our patio lounge as they settle in for the class. As the demo begins, guests will have the opportunity to sample the dishes being prepared, and will then round out their brunch at our Father’s Day buffet.
Along with the barbecue shop class, we will be featuring beer tastings by Golden Road Brewing as well as a Whiskey Blending Competition by WhistlePig.
All guests will be entered to in a raffle to win a Traeger Grill to take home, and will receive takeaway swag bags featuring items from Otium, Traeger, WhistlePig, and Golden Road Brewing. 
$150 per guest
