Otium & Raen Winery Collaboration Dinner

Join us for an evening with Chef Timothy Hollingsworth and winemaker Carlo Mondavi, presenting a 5-course Chef’s tasting menu paired with 8 wines. The evening will begin with a cocktail and canape reception on Otium’s patio, with dinner to follow.

 RAEN stands for Research in Agriculture and Enology Naturally, and is the work of brothers Carlo & Dante Mondavi, who have taken their family’s legacy and tradition to make outstanding wines from their Pinot Noir grapes grown on the hills of the Sonoma Coast.
