Be a part of The Tel Aviv Issue and Otium collaboration experience by reserving your seat for our September 5th dinner!
We will exclusively be offering a special 9-dish modern Mediterranean menu designed by the TLV chef team and Chef Timothy Hollingsworth for the entirety of the evening. 

The visiting chefs will spend days at the Farmer’s Market with Chef Timothy,¬†scouting out the best of CA’s Produce, and will create the menu based on their finds.¬†
While the final menu will be debuted at the dinner itself, possible dishes could include:
– Old City Mix, Smoked Challah, Pickled Green Tomato
– Charcoal Octopus, Yemeni Bread, Pencil Fennel, Harrissa Oil
– Albarcore, Wood Fired Eggplant, Fermented Spice Chili, Creme Fraiche
– Dry Aged Beef Tartare, Bulgur, Walnut, Lavash, Aleppo
– Whole Grilled Fish, Tomato, Tamarind, Fennel
– Camel Milk Mouhalabieh, Strawberry, Rose Water*subject to change based on availability and seasonality*$85 per guest
