#GivingTuesday with ment’or
We are proud to support ment’or, a culinary non-profit foundation devoted to inspiring culinary excellence in young chefs and preserving the tradition and quality of cuisine in America.
Founded in 2008 by Chefs Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jérôme Bocuse, ment’or inspires excellence in young culinary professionals through three key programs: a grant program for continuing education, young chefs competition series, as well as recruitment and training for the Bocuse d’Or Culinary Competition – considered to be the most rigorous international culinary competition.
After winning the Bocuse d’Or USA semi-finals in 2008, Chef Timothy Hollingsworth represented the United States at the Bocuse d’Or world final, in 2009. He placed sixth out of 24 prominent chef teams from around the world, which was the highest ranking until 2015. Chef Timothy now serves as a member of the foundation’s Culinary Council.
In the spirit of the holidays and celebrating, join us this Giving Tuesday in honoring all young chefs in kitchens across America!
