Traeger + WhistlePig + Snake River Farms: Father’s Day BBQ Shop Class!

Join us at Otium for a Father’s Day Barbecue Shop Class with Traeger, WhistlePig, and Snake River Farms! 
Award-winning Chef Timothy Hollingsworth will lead the class with step-by-step demos on the ins and outs of barbecue. Guests will begin their day on our patio lounge. As the demo begins, guests will have the opportunity to sample the Snake River Farms meats being prepared, and will then round out their day with a Father’s Day brunch buffet.
Along with the barbecue shop class, we will be featuring whiskey tastings with WhistlePig and a cocktail workshop with our Bar Director Ryan Silva.
All guests will be entered to in a raffle to win a Traeger Grill to take home, as well as a Schecter and WhistlePig Guitar! All guests will receive takeaway swag bags featuring items from Otium, Traeger, WhistlePig, and Snake River Farms.
